ISCAR is expanding the small diameter range of its leading SUMOCHAM hole making line to include new heads and tools:
Heads: from 4.0 mm up to 5.9 mm - smallest in the world
Drill bodies: from 4.0 mm up to 9.9 mm - straight shank design
The new SUMOCHAM heads are available in 4.0 up to 5.9 mm diameters:
ICP - 4.0-5.9 with 0.1 mm increments
ICM- 5.0-5.9 with 0.1 mm increments
ICK - 5.0, 5.5 & 5.9 mm
The drill bodies are available in 3xD and 5xD length to diameter ratios. The inserts are supplied in a specifically developed user-friendly key, enabling easy mounting with no setup time.
The new SUMOCHAM drill bodies have a straight shank design and are available in 3xD and 5xD length diameter ratios.
They are applicable for head diameters 4.0 up to 9.9 mm with 0.5 mm increments and can be used with ER16 collets.
